Rock Myths #9

Former Genesis drummer (and all-round twat) Phil Collins used to write for the Daily Mail newspaper under the pseudonym 'Tarquinn Flartaby'. However, his views on immigration were deemed too right-wing and eventually his employment was terminated. He has gone on to ghost-write several autobiographies, including that of Piers Morgan entitled "Do You Know Who I Am?"

Despite popular belief that American psychedelic rockers 'The Doors' took their name from Aldous Huxley's book "The Doors of Perception", the band was actually named as a tribute to British comedian Les Dawson and allowed a typo to remain to confuse people.
